Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept insurance. Medical services provided are to be paid by client at the time of treatment. We accept HSA/FSA cards, all major credit cards and cash pay. Please note that there is a 7$ processing fee assessed to total amounts when using a card as your method of payment.
